Garrett McCoy, a beloved member of the Wayne Team, was in a serious accident on September 5th and is currently paralyzed from the chest down. The extent of his injuries will require him to undergo months of in-patient rehabilitation to learn to function independently again. The Wayne is eager to support Garrett and his family (who is also part of our Wayne family) as they are now facing tremendous medical bills and will need to modify Garrett’s home environment to be more accessible.
The Garrett Show is a Musical and Improvised Benefit that will feature Wayne Theatre veterans singing “MisCast” songs and performances by the Improvisators, the Region’s Only TEEN Improv Troupe (of which Garrett was a founding member).
A silent auction will also be held. All proceeds will go directly to Garrett and his family.
