ARTS EDUCATION PROGRAM (For Students Grades 6-12)
MACBETH by William Shakespeare tells the story of three witches predict that the Scottish general Macbeth will one day become king. Encouraged by his ambitious wife, he takes drastic action to claim the throne and tries to keep his power through increasingly desperate decisions. His rule leads to unrest and conflict across the kingdom, eventually bringing about his downfall.
