Balance to the mind and the whole system!
Registration Fee: $120 (Includes $6 fee- $3 Historic Preservation fee and $3 Handling Fee)
Adults - Ages 15 and up
Yoga is an integrated system of 4 process tools: ethics, postures, breathing practices, and meditation. All these seemingly different tools of yoga work to bring balance to the mind and the whole system in order to move to a deeper understanding of one’s true nature.
It’s a deeply spiritual practice and way of life that involves self-knowledge. Isn’t acting a way of life, as well as a deep practice that also involves self-awareness?
